What months do winter and summer seasonal lets cover?
Winter ski season lets typically run for 4 to 5 months from late November or early December through to April. Summer season lets generally run from late May or June through to September. Exact start and end dates can often be adjusted depending on owner preference.
Are utility bills included in the seasonal rental price?
Wi-Fi, building management charges, and local tourist taxes are normally included in the quoted seasonal price. Electricity, heating, and water are either billed separately based on actual meter consumption or covered up to a fair-use cap detailed in your lease agreement.
Is a security deposit required for seasonal leases?
Yes, a security deposit is collected prior to arrival to cover potential property damage or unpaid utility balances. This deposit is held in a secure account and refunded following a joint inventory check at the end of your stay.
How does payment work for a full season stay?
Seasonal rentals are paid via scheduled instalments. A deposit is required to secure the property booking, with the remaining balance split into agreed payments prior to arrival and during the middle of the season term.
Are bed linen and towels provided for long stays?
Properties are fully furnished with kitchenware, appliances, and mattress protectors. Linen and towel packs can be hired for the full season or brought with you. Mid-season linen refreshes and professional cleaning can also be arranged on request.
Can we bring pets on a seasonal lease?
Pet policies depend on individual property owner guidelines. Some of our chalets and apartments welcome well-behaved pets with prior approval and an additional cleaning fee. Please check with us before submitting an enquiry.
